Since both the Q and the Blackjack are Windows devices, you can use Outlook and Activesync to transfer contacts and calendar, notes etc... One or both phones should have come with a CD with both those apps. Install both programs onto your computer (Outlook first) and then first connect the Q to transfer contacts to Outlook and then connect the Blackjack to transfer contacts from Outlook. The EnV is a bit of a problem because it's not a Windows Mobile device but it's still possible to transfer the contacts. The EnV should have also come with a CD to sync the phone with a computer. Connect the EnV to your computer and run the app and sync all your info.
